Forensic Health & Custody LLP are part of the Safety Net Associates Group with expertise in custodial health care, providing professional training, qualifications and consultancy to health care practitioners working within the custodial setting.

Additionally we offer specialist services for police and detention officers and expertise to criminal justice agencies through our consultancy service.

Forensic Health & Custody's purpose is to enhance the safety and practice within the custodial settings to ultimately reduce the risk of death and near misses occurring.

Our current training programmes have been developed personally by Karen Swinson is a National expert in Custodial Nursing Care and who developed the inaugural Home Office Pilot introducing Forensic Nurse Practitioners to Police Custody Suites, which won a prestigious Beacon award in 2000.

We are also part of a National BTEC Centre offering BTEC qualifications in Forensic Custodial Health and our extensive training and development courses are accredited by Edexcel, the largest UK accreditation body and the Royal College of Nursing.
